Leasing a property through Vue Management
All properties for lease are listed on this website, as well as a number of other key property websites including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and rent.com.au. Our usual practice is to open rental properties for inspection on Saturdays for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Open for Inspection times are listed on the website. We recommend that you arrive at the property promptly at the Open for Inspection time. If you are unable to attend the Open for Inspection, please contact our office to arrange a suitable inspection time.
All prospective tenants must complete an Application Form in order to be considered by the Property Manager and the Landlord. The Application Form is a comprehensive document that requires a significant amount of information to complete and is available on line.

Completed Application Forms must be submitted to Vue Management via the internet. On receipt of an Application Form, we will carry out a number of checks and will submit the Application to the landlord for final approval. On approval, prospective tenants will be contacted and asked to attend the office of Vue Management to sign a lease. At this point, a Rental Bond Board bond must be provided and the first 2 weeks rent will be taken.
Moving into your new home
When you move into your new rental property, you will be provided with an Inspection Report form. This needs to be completed as soon as possible and returned within 7 days. Please note on the form any points that require maintenance, or any equipment that is not working. If you do not do this at the outset, you may be liable for the cost of repairs later.
Working with our Tenants
At Vue Management, our goal is to work with our tenants in a professional and friendly manner at all times, to keep them fully informed of any issues regarding the property that may affect them, and to ensure any repair or maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.
Repairs and Maintenance
All requests for repairs or maintenance must be submitted on the Vue Management form. Privacy laws require that the form be signed by the tenant and faxed back, dropped into our office or scanned and emailed back. Without the tenant's signature, we are not allowed to provide keys to tradespeople, which will delay the repair. The tradesperson or your property manager will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the repair to be carried out or you can just complete the repair request on this website.
If you require an emergency repair, please call your Property Manager immediately. If you cannot get in contact with your Property Manager, please refer to your lease agreement for emergency tradesman details. If you cannot contact either your Property Manager or the nominated tradesperson, you are within your rights to employ an alternative tradesperson to carry out the repair, up to a total cost of $1000. If this is the case, ensure you get a receipt to claim a refund for the repair.
Repairs which are considered emergency repairs are as follows:
- A burst water service
- A blocked or broken lavatory system
- A serious roof leak
- A gas leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
- A failure or breakdown of any essential service the premises for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering
- Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure.
- If you employ a tradesperson to carry out a repair that is NOT an emergency repair, you may be held liable for the cost of the repair.
